Cancellation Policy

Our office is unique in that we pride ourselves on running on time. In order to continue to offer our patients this exceptional service, we need your help. We reserve time in our schedule in an effort to accommodate your busy lifestyle. We ask that you give us the same courtesy when you need to alter or cancel your appointment. We require 48 hours advanced notice for any changes or cancellations of your appointment. This gives us an opportunity to offer the time initially reserved especially for you, to another patient who may have requested or been waiting for that time to open up. We understand that illness and emergencies can occur and will accommodate for those rare instances. Please note that a fee of $75 will be charged to your account for each missed appointment not complying with this policy. Thank you in advance for your consideration and cooperation.


Payment for professional services is expected at the time treatment is rendered unless other arrangements are made prior to your visit. Regardless of insurance and/or budgetary restraints, we will make every effort to provide a treatment and payment plan that will ensure that your child receives the optimal care he/she deserves. We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards and major credit cards (AMEX/VISA/MASTECARD/DISCOVER).
